Vol. VITerms of service

The rules, in plain English.

Effective · 2026.05.01·Plain English up top, formal language below

These are the things you and we are quietly agreeing to, when you make an account.

What Suitch is

Suitch is a small job-matching service. We read job postings against your background and send you the few we think suit you. We are a search tool, not a recruiter, not an employer. We are only an introduction service to the extent you opt in via Discoverability in your settings. What lands in your inbox is information, and what you do with it is up to you.

Your account

  • You should be at least 16.
  • The CV and the alert text you give us should be true. The matching only works if it is.
  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. If you think someone else has them, write to us.
  • One person per account, please. Don't make accounts for other people without asking them.

What we ask you not to do

Don't scrape the site or its data. Don't try to harvest job postings from us for republication elsewhere. Don't pretend to be someone you aren't. If you are here in good faith, none of this applies to you.

Your CV, your words

Anything you upload, your CV, your alert text, your feedback, is yours. By giving it to us, you let us use it for the only thing we use it for: providing and improving the matching service for you. We don't use it to train anyone else's models. We don't sell it. We don't share it with institutions unless you opt in via Discoverability in your settings. Even when you do, every introduction is relayed through us and requires your explicit approval.

The job postings shown on Suitch belong to the companies that wrote them. We surface short excerpts and always link back to the original.

Beta and payments

Suitch is currently in beta and free to use. The paragraphs that follow describe how billing will work if and when we introduce paid plans, so the rules are written down in advance.

When paid plans launch, we will email at least thirty days before any first charge. Nobody who signed up while Suitch was free will be charged without that notice and a clear chance to cancel.

Paid plans bill on a monthly cycle and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep access through that cycle. We do not refund unused portions of a paid cycle.

If we change pricing, we will email at least thirty days in advance and you may cancel before the new price takes effect. Where applicable, taxes are either included in the listed price or added at checkout and shown to you before you confirm.

§Formal disclosures

Things we do not undertake

The Suitch service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee, undertake, represent or warrant any of the following:

  • № 01That any particular match, recommendation, or result will be produced for you, or that any specific job posting will be surfaced in your letters.
  • № 02That use of Suitch will result in any interview, response, offer, employment, or any other outcome from any company referenced on the platform.
  • № 03That postings, descriptions, salaries, or any other information presented on the service is current, complete, accurate, or available; such information is sourced from third parties and we do not independently verify it.
  • № 04That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against all forms of attack, or available at any particular time, level of performance, or geographic location.
  • № 05That any feature, capability, cadence, or pricing tier described on the service will continue to be offered, or be offered on the same terms, in the future.

Decisions you make on the basis of information surfaced by Suitch, including, without limitation, whether to apply for any role, accept any offer, leave any employment, or refrain from doing any of the foregoing, are made by you, on your own responsibility, and on your own evaluation of the underlying source material.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. Doing so initiates removal of your CV, alert text, and engagement history from active systems within 24 hours; backup copies are retained for up to 30 days from the date of closure and thereafter permanently deleted.

We may suspend or close accounts that operate the service in breach of the conduct expectations set out above, with notice where reasonable and practicable.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised from time to time. The version published at this URL is the current version and supersedes any earlier version. Where a revision materially affects the rights or obligations of account holders, we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before the revision takes effect.

Reporting infringing content

Suitch displays excerpts of job postings published by third parties and links to the original source. Rights-holders who believe content on the service has been included without authority should write to [email protected] identifying the URL, the basis of their right, and contact details. On receipt of a valid notice the content will be removed or access disabled pending review.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumer users may also rely on any mandatory protections available to them under the law of their place of habitual residence.

None of the formal language above is intended to be clever. It just means the obvious thing: we are a small operation in beta, doing our best, making no grand promises we can't keep. If something goes wrong, write to us. We will almost certainly try to fix it.
