№ 001A letter, not a feed

Job matching
that actually
reads your CV.

Describe the work you want in plain language. Suitch reads thousands of new postings each week, ranks them against your background with a real model, not keywords, and surfaces only the few worth your attention. Each one arrives with a sentence on why it suits you, specifically.

№ 002The funnel

Twelve thousand postings. Four for you.

Three stages, each smarter and more expensive than the last, each processing far fewer jobs than the one before. The cheap ones rule out the obvious mismatches; the costly ones write you a sentence on the few that survived.

№ 003Three quiet promises
i.Plain language

No keyword soup.

Write what you want, "Rust backend, remote, ideally fintech, no crypto", and we translate intent into structure and meaning. The only filter is your sentence.

ii.Per-person reasoning

Explained matches.

Every match comes with a written sentence on why it fits you specifically, not a generic blurb about the role. If we can't justify it, we don't send it.

iii.Cadence, not feed

A calm rhythm.

Instant, daily, or weekly digests, your choice. Idle for a fortnight and we pause you ourselves. There's no notification you'll regret opening.

№ 005Asked & answered

Things people tend to ask.

If something below isn't covered, write to us. A real person answers within a day or two.

01How is this different from a job board?
A job board shows you everything and asks you to filter. We show you four to twelve postings a week, each with a written explanation of why it suits you. There is no feed to scroll, no search bar, no infinite list, just the matches.
02What does "actually reads my CV" mean?
When you upload a CV, we read it carefully, picking up your skills, seniority, the domains you know, and the things you actively avoid. Every new posting is read the same way, and we compare meaning to meaning rather than word to word. That is why a role with the right shape will surface even when its job title is unfamiliar.
03Where do the postings come from?
A growing set of company career pages, transparent ATS feeds (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby), and a few RSS feeds. We do not scrape LinkedIn or Indeed; we ingest only what publishers offer in the open. Every posting links to its source.
04Will I get spammed?
No. You choose instant, daily, or weekly cadence per alert. If you idle for two weeks we automatically pause your alerts. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe that does not require sign-in.
05What does a match look like in practice?
A title, the company, a single sentence on why this fits you specifically, and a score from 7 to 10. Anything below seven we throw away rather than ranking it lower. We would rather send four good matches than twenty mediocre ones.
